involved with developing a new strategy to take self development and "Blue sky thinking" into schools and colleges for staff and pupils alike

I have a passion and deep belief that children and adults alike need to be free of their boundaries – I have successfully coached many people to levels of achievement that they didn't believe were possible.


Over the past ten years I have taught at primary, secondary and college level and run my own businesses so along with my experience as a mum and my training in coaching I’m well equipped to handle individual, group and kiddie coaching. I am CBR checked and fully insured.

I encourage people I work with (people of all ages) to imagine that everything they have ever done, all that they have ever known and every thought they have ever had comes down to this exact moment in time…. What then…. What will you do with the power and the knowledge that you have inside you? You have the choice. You have a clear blue sky. A clean canvas. What will you do with it? What map or picture are you going to draw? Where will it take you?

Through life coaching I help you figure out the answers to these questions, to move forward in all areas of their lives. It is about taking control, learning how to negotiate situations successfully and learning to be the confident individual that you really are. So if you want to take ownership of your life it’s time we had an introductory session. Is your future going to be determined by chance or by choice? The decision really is yours.
