Age 13+ (Teenagers)
Sessions for teenagers take on an element of fluidity, allowing young adults to formulate the sessions to suit their individual needs and requirements. Sessions focus on removing negativity and barriers.
Sessions are all about ‘blue sky thinking’ with no boundaries and no negative thoughts! It’s about imagining you can be and do whatever you want and doing it. Sessions will involve an introduction into blue sky thinking concepts or a reinforcement of these concepts if your child has already had previous kiddie coaching with myself.
A range of techniques are used including visualisation, NLP and the 6 step coaching model which involves asking quality questions that help achieve clarity and an outcome that can be understood. These are simple and progressive tool that makes things happen. .
About the Sessions
Coaching is undertaken either at your home or at my clinic in Littleport.
Sessions will need to be regular and at a scheduled time.
Either parent or both parents can be present during sessions as silent observers.
If a child is not comfortable enough to open up in front of their parents another relative or friend can be present.
One to one sessions are an option for children over 10 if written parental consent is given.
Sessions last just 30 minutes and can be increased to 45 minutes to an hour depending on the child.
Parents receive feedback from written reports, exercises completed by your child, through discussions with myself and through real recognisable improvement of course!
